Cargo CHE Job List
Cargo CHE Job List view
Prerequisites
To access the Control Cargo CHE Job List option you must have the Cargo Lot Strip Plan - Yard privilege.
Your N4 license must include the GENERAL_CARGO_PLANNING feature to plan the cargo lot stripping.
The Cargo CHE Job List view displays the available work instructions based on the Cargo Move Config setup to identify the eligible CHEs in the sequence. After the CHEs are identified, the respective CHE operator selects those work instructions as their Job List.
N4 displays only the work instructions which are associated with the cargo lot in this view.
When you select the respective CHE from the Cargo CHE Job List form (on page 1), N4 displays the corresponding work instructions in the Cargo Job List tab.
In addition, you can use the Actions menu to:
Claim Cargo Job: This option allows you to claim an unclaimed cargo job using the Claim Cargo Job form.
Lift-Set: This option allows to set or lift set the cargo and move it to the next CHE in sequence in the Cargo CHE Job List view.
Complete Cargo Job: This option allows you to complete a claimed cargo job. On confirmation, N4 completes the job and the record is no longer displayed in the Cargo Job List tab. Also, N4 updates the status of the specified record in the Cargo Work Assignments view from ACCEPTED to COMPLETED.
Abandon Cargo Job: This option allows you to abort a claimed cargo job. N4 abandons the job and updates the lot quantity in the previous record from which it was claimed in the Cargo Job List tab. Also, N4 updates the status of the specified record in the Cargo Work Assignments view to ABORTED.
When the job claimed by the first CHE is claimed by the subsequent CHEs and if the first CHE aborts the job, N4 aborts the job of the subsequent CHEs. If the second CHE aborts the job, N4 aborts the job of only the second CHE and the subsequent CHEs.
